Beginner yoga - View Details
We embrace the fact that each body is uniquely different. To help students modify their movement to their ability, one of us will be teaching and the other teacher will be checking for needed modification. Our invitation and our wish is that all who attend class will have an experience like we did when we first started yoga. An experience that allows love and connection to yoga.
Vinyasa yoga - View Details
We move between Asanas with intention and attention, building intensity as we flow,
with an emphasis on breath awareness and balance in the body. We welcome yogis of
all levels and experience and offer modifications to allow the practice to meet you in
your body each moment. Come move with us!
Salutation flow - View Details
Flow into sun salutations and traditional asana in this mindful yet dynamic vinyasa class. Starting with a brief meditation to center and connect to our breath and arrive in this present moment, we’ll move into our vinyasa flow as we prepare for opportunities to stretch our yogic abilities with longer held postures, balances, inversions and connecting breath to movement.
Chair yoga - View Details
Chair yoga is a gentle way to start a yoga practice with movement from head to
toe. (Class is approximately 45 mins).
Senior mat yoga - View Details
Senior mat yoga is like a beginning yoga class. There are modifications for all
poses. Props can be used to help you find the full extent of the pose for your
body. Respect your body and its level of capability each time you come to your mat. We want you to feel comfortable, safe, and able to practice without judgement.
Perinatal yoga - View Details
Are you pregnant? Did you just have a baby? Is your partner expecting, or postpartum?
Wherever you are in your perinatal journey, come as you are, bring your partner, your baby, your friend, and join our perinatal fitness community! Every day can be a new experience in your body during this time, so each class will be tailored to the specific needs of the group with an emphasis on overall wellness, breath work, core stability, modifications for pregnant and postpartum bodies, and pelvic floor conditioning. We will
use many different modalities to get moving, feel good, and do what is best for our bodies.

Urban zen yoga - View Details
This is a lovely class that integrates the modalities of restorative yoga, essential oil
therapy, guided meditation, gentle mindful movements, and Reiki. Bolsters, blocks,
blankets and yoga straps are used to provide complete relaxation and support for the
body. It is pure deliciousness if you seek freedom from the stresses of everyday life.
Slow flow vinyasa yoga - View Details
This is a class that syncs breath with stillness, transitions, postures, and mindful
movement. It begins with stretching to target the release of tension while slowly
preparing the body for a gentle flow practice. Modifications and props are offered,
making this class suitable for all levels, particularly anyone who just needs to slow their
roll.
